Director of Marketing and Revenue Analytics

The Director of Marketing and Revenue Analytics will be the driving force behind accelerating revenue growth for Ideal Image MedSpa. This role would be focused on everything from Marketing analytics to pricing/promotions to demand planning, to drive revenue and gross margin growth. The role will report to our Chief Commercial Officer, and have significant senior executive exposure, particularly with the President of Operations, CFO and CEO.

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and control all modelling across revenue generating activities. Set and manage revenue budget for the company
Partner with Marketing team, field team and external marketing partners to drive return on investment on National & Local marketing efforts
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, pricing changes, new store rollouts as well as new projects
Build financial models, reporting (e.g. BI dashboards and/or scorecards) and other analyses to provide regular business updates as well as ongoing strategic analytical support.
Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
Qualifications:

Education/Training:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics, STEM or Business related Major, required
MBA or Related Master’s Degree preferred
Experience:
5+ years of analytics experience
Experience supporting omnichannel marketing and multi-unit operations preferred
Strong analytical skills, with significant marketing analysis and revenue management experience
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong curiosity in tackling complex business analysis; dives deeply into the data, relentlessly pursues what it means, and how these insights drive decision making.
Comfortable operating in data warehouse, financial systems, Google Analytics, and excel spreadsheets
Demonstrated ability to successfully work as a change agent in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
